My view on the people process culture is that there are five factors that create a company culture they are leadership, career opportunities, communication, rewards, and relationships. For leadership I think we need mangers who have worked their way up in the company and know how certain functions work and are know how to fix a problem when it occurs. I think when company’s hire someone who has education but not the experience this will cause problems. Because the manager doesn’t understand the technical skills that a worker has. Leadership can also affect the work environment which can be positive or negative. An example could be a store needed more products during the holiday for the next day. The suppliers are quick to respond to their request by going to the nearest warehouse and delivering the correct products to the store on time. When building relationship with employees, customers and suppliers it is important that there is trust and if there is not trust that relationship won’t last long and it can affect other future relationships with other employees, customers and suppliers.
