Chandler Snell English 102 The Proposal 4 October 2015 Aggression in the Dog Park 2,358 people in Arizona required hospital care between 2008 and 2012 due to dog bites. Between these two years, Arizona spent approximately 55 million dollars on health care for these dog bite occurrences. The attacks that are present in most articles are typically of aggressive dogs targeting other animals.
No Dog Park! After reading both of the passages "A Dog Park Benenefits all" and "No Dog Park For Muscatine". i have came to the conclusion that Dog parks shouldnt be allowed in the city or atleast not near residential areas. In my opinion, the reason why i don 't agree with a Dog park is because to me Dogs can be very dangerous. I lived in a neirghborhood where the neighbor had so much dogs!
By recognizing that the proposal is not a quick fix and that adding parks is costly, the author demonstrates that they are a reasonable and realistic voice in the discussion. Thus, the author contributes to the debate. The author's credibility is enhanced by their use of logos and ethos, which also contributes to the greater persuasiveness of the argument. One of the potential flaws of the article is that the author needs to consider the perspective of persons who may be opposed to the idea of bringing more parks to Dallas.
I believe that they should race but have more restrictions on how the mushers handle the dogs and use them. Some restrictions should be on how they treat their dogs, I think they should sign up for the race a year in advance and have inspectors come once –a-month to check on the dogs and make sure they are being handle correctly. I would also want the mushers to be sent to training to be able to tell if the dogs are hurt when the race is going on so they can get help. I would also like to see there be ATV’s that follow along to help any hurt dogs or dogs that might be

Zoos should not be closed in Canada because there are good to our animals. Zoos are a big part in helping our animals and if they closed down then a lot of animals would be extinct.so we should. Canada should not close down any zoo because the zoo can have a big impact for helping rare species become a non-rare species. Zoos take good care of their animals because if they didn 't the zoos would be closed already there for the zoos take really good care of their animals. We should have zoos in Canada because if a little boy or girl saw an animal for the first time that boy or girl could go home and look up that animal and if they see that that animal is rare, that boy or girl could grow up to help that animal come back
Having public dog parks inside cities is a great idea simply because the benefits out-weigh the consequences. I believe this because a public dog park would raise property values, lower the amount of dog-bites, and create a safe pleasant area for people to let there dog run free. An argument against the dog park may be that "It would cost taxpayers too much money!" but I say not.

While dogs may reduce stress for some individuals in the work enviorment, there are other factors involved that will increase it. It is clear that dogs and many other pets are able to relief stress and anxiety for thier owners.

It was later discovered that this puppy had been raised in a puppy mill.
In my opinion the building of dog parks in neighborhoods is a great idea for the community due to the fact that many Americans own an animal. I have a knowledge of this because an apartment complex I use to reside had a rule restricting home owners of letting any animal defecate or urinate outside. We had to take the dog and give him up for adoption because we didnt want to be kicked from the complex. Building the dog park will benefit many animals and relieve some stress from people that also live in places just as I had that make it against the rules to walk animals around the block because of them defecating and urinating in other people's lawns or on the sidewalk. The park will be great for the animals giving them time to mingle with other dogs and overall just
Both sides bring a good argument to the table. However, in a situation like this, there really is only one winner. For dog lovers everywhere the idea of a dog park is thrilling. A dog park would mean more freedom for their beloved dogs, but also a more relaxed outing with the pup. Not only would it make the owner's life easier in general, but it would also contribute to the dog's overall wellness according to the ASPCA.

The purpose of a zoo is mainly for education and protection, preserving animal species that are either at a risk of becoming extinct or for increased collection size (Jamieson). Animals from around the world have been enclosed in an area where we can admire and study these fine creatures. However, many modern zoos around the world have introduced animal shows, petting and feeding sessions to attract more visitors in order to earn more money.
