Hillary Clinton should be the next president for many reasons. She wants to ensure every child has access to a world class education, including access to high quality preschool. She thinks we need to strike the right balance on testing-with fewer, fairer and better tests for elementary and secondary students. She also thinks we need to support teachers with the training and resources they need. Hillary wants to make sure every child has a world class education. Education without traits can be judged as a man without a mind. Global society and global economy is seriously thinking about increasing the degree of quality in the system of education. Quality education is now discussed from multiple angles of vision. The idea of quality education is a new phenomenon. A number of conceptual and methodological issues are involved in arriving at an appropriate definition “quality” and formulating various indicators to access quality education (Kishan, p.119). Teachers need to know as clearly as possible what will be covered on the required tests. They need to go over curriculum documents and student learning materials to see how well they master the test content. Day–to-day planning and instruction must focus on what will be tested even if it isn’t what standard officials call for. The role of instructional leader requires continually consulting with teachers as they pursue the hard goal of perfect alignment. The more demanding responsibility is to push continually for alignment of the school’s curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
