We all have complaints in life. So what it 's human nature to complain about why did Donald Trump this, why did Nikki Haley that, why did the other team when, why did they get the promotion at work. We all do it, not that complaining is a trait we should be proud of. However, those things don 't matter in 25 years Nikki Haley will not be governor of the great state of South Carolina and Trump will be 94 years old assuming he is still alive.
This presidential debate brings up many perspectives and conflict in which candidate would make a better president. Simply said, this presidential race, is like no other. In the article “If Necessary, I’ll Vote Trump Over Hillary,” that was published in February 24, 2016 by Nicole Russel, does not represent a good overview of the both candidates due to her bias opinions The Federalist Article, lacks details of Trump, but explores in depth of Hillary. Russel explains how “Clinton Has a Terrible Track Record” by breaking down the issues she faced as the Secretary of state. Furthermore, Russel explains how Hillary is proven to be a liar, and a example such as her “illegal” use of a personal email was brought up.
It is mentioned several times that she prefers to partake in the uprising by strictly protesting regarding the sport she loves. Even so, she managed to change the course of history
Democrats repeatedly encounter trouble with voicing consensus in a debate that centers more and more on the means of the established foreign policy rather than on its ends. In spite of common support for multilateralism and America’s role as a Global Good Samaritan, Democrats have teetered between the assertions of the “dove” and “hawk” wings of their party since the Vietnam War. As a result, the splintered facets of the Democratic Party have perpetuated the perception that Democratic political leaders are not relevant in the foreign policy arena. Furthermore, Democratic public servants (particularly Democratic Presidents) consistently present notions of America’s global leadership that demonstrates the divide among the party elite and the
A huge issue in America and the presidential campaign, is abortion and women's rights. It's more than a political issue to people since it deals with morals and ethics. Clinton has clearly stated she is pro-choice and a major supporter of Planned Parenthood. Recently Planned Parenthood has been dealing with a controversy over a video leaked showing them sell body parts from an aborted fetus. A once strong verbal supporter of Planned Parenthood, Hillary Clinton released a statement trying to distance herself from them saying, " there is a willingness on the part of Planned Parenthood to answer questions.
In “I Am For the Equal Rights Amendment”, Shirley Chisholm speaks on the House Joint Resolution 264, which would grant equality under the law for both men and women. She points out the tremendous opportunities this would provide for the country as a whole, as well as how it would change the overall discrimination against women based on sex as whole. She has an overall tone of hope in the speech. Hope that the bill would pass, hope for better changes in the world. She is very adamant about changes in the prejudices residing within the country.
Hillary Clinton: Guns/ Second Amendment Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign has taken a strong stance against the Second Amendment of our U.S constitution. She has pledged to ban semi-autos and use tax dollars to promote gun control. Also, Clinton has chosen to use gun violence research as a reason to add to her own political agenda. Gun Control Semi-automatic rifles, are one of the best home defense fire-arm available. Clinton has targeted these weapons, especially those built on the assault rifle (AR) platform, as so called assault weapons.
To start, she used the challenges she faced as a woman in the workforce to work for change. When Justice Ginsburg was working at Rutgers School of Law, she found out she was pregnant with her second child. The custom at the time was for women who were pregnant to quit their jobs. Bader Ginsburg recognized that this was discriminatory, but she also understood that it wasn’t a battle she was likely to win against the college; her solution was to keep her pregnancy a secret, but she also begane to think about how to change this discriminatory practice (Levy 117). In addition, society was beginning to change and women across the country were speaking out about discrimination they were experiencing.
She works for the court and has the ability to speak her mind to anyone regardless of their status. From the beginning
In considering the past of how she and her fellow race were treated for over a century, now to finally have a glimmer of light to escape the racism. However, this would not be the end to this cruelty, because people can pass laws to try to stop the act of racism but one can not stop the act of racism within someone 's heart. With the law being passed it gave rights to colored people to vote, many were in great excitement; however, it would not be that easy. As it was shown as
Hillary Clinton’s main purpose is to explain everyone how women’s rights are human rights. This is stated clearly as main claim and a conclusion in her speech. “If there is one message that echoes forth from this conference, let it be that human rights are women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights once and for all” (Clinton). She supports her main claim through inductive logic by giving examples of what women are suffering from. Clinton mentions about how the society is violating women’s right by stating how women are being set on fire, raped, abused, which is against the human rights.
The Lesser of Two Evils The lesser of two evils is the less harmful or unpleasant of two bad choices or possibilities. In this instance, the American public was forced to chose between someone who many thought of as above the law and someone with questionable morals and judgments. The problem at hand is attempting to figure out how the candidates ran their election campaigns and which manner each proved efficient or not efficient. As Governor Mike Huckabee stated in a CNN article, “Trump may be a car wreck, but at least his car is pointed in right direction. Hillary is a drunk-driver going the wrong way on the freeway.”
Since the rise of the heinous concoction that is the smartphone camera and social media, pretty much every encounter a celebrity has with a fan is recorded and posted somewhere on the world wide web. While it has stripped even more privacy away from their already extremely public private lives, the constant presence of fan-wielded cameras has worked out quite well for some celebrities. Guys like Tom Hanks and Bill Murray have undoubtedly benefited from having their good guy antics caught on video and posted to Facebook and Twitter. On the other hand, more than a few famous faces have been portrayed rather unflatteringly in fan made films. While you generally shouldn’t judge somebody based on 30 seconds of footage, it’s pretty difficult to view somebody like Justin Bieber in a positive light
