Hillary Clinton’s main purpose is to explain everyone how women’s rights are human rights. This is stated clearly as main claim and a conclusion in her speech. “If there is one message that echoes forth from this conference, let it be that human rights are women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights once and for all” (Clinton). She supports her main claim through inductive logic by giving examples of what women are suffering from. The war created livid attitude towards other countries and it created alliances to go against others dragging other countries into the dispute creating World War I. Militarism was when a country stayed combat ready,An alliance was when one country would sign a treaty of friendship or protection, Nationalism was when the civilians in a country would have to stay loyal for their country and put it before anything, while imperialism was when a country just wanted to be the most dominate and control everything. The main underlying causes of WWI was Militarism, Imperialism, Nationalism, and Alliances.
