After reading how Americans debated whether immigration should be restricted or not I have seen many different opinions and facts that counter each other.Americans that are on the side of immigration being restricted state that many of the immigrants caused an increase in criminal activity.While others say that there is no evidence to be shown to support this. Another argument that was being made is whether immigration was good or bad for employment.A third argument that was stated was American ideals being diminished.overall I think that this side that is against immigration being restricted presents a better case.
