Net neutrality is referred as the neutral transmission of data over the Internet, i.e., each and every piece of data, regardless of its content (must be lawful) and application type or the user who created, is treated the same way and always made the best efforts to transfer the data without discrimination like our mobile carrier i.e. the company should not decide that who we can call and what to talk over the phone etc. Everyone should have equal priority to access to the services and allowed them to access whatever i.e. based on their interest and it protects or maintain our right to communicate freely over the internet online this is called an open Internet. • ISP’s and broadband providers do not block the content that legal and services and non-harmful websites or applications.
• Broadband and internet providers do not diminish lawful traffic on the basis of non-harmful applications or services.

• Paid Prioritization will be reduced or eliminated i.e. giving high speeds to who pay high cost and blocking or assign low speeds who pays low or not paid.
• Fast and speedy access to the services that what people are looking for because companies do not have right to how to direct and what to visit.
• Even though it creates a completion in market but it provides an opportunity to small firma and new businesses to compete with
