I'd like to start off with saying that both articles have good valid points that back up their argument. Article one states a lot of factional and common sense details. On the other hand, article two implies that the shift of school start time can turn into a huge disaster. As a result, my overall opinion has to side with article number two. Simply because two has the more logical reasons behind it.

Being a recent former student I'd have to say that making to class before 8am was not the biggest challenge. Keeping up with homework, my job, and honors & AP classes was the big problem. Making school start at a later time means later dismissal time which then would've made my schedule be much more tighter to handle. There's a lot of factors to considering as said in article two. Most students don't just go home after school and do homework and repeat the next day. I fully support that. I may not know much about how the system works, but i can say when I was involved with the bus schedule any little error could set us back hours. Like Liz Margolis says, many school districts share the same buses used for all the school in the county. So once one school pushes back start time all of the remaining school have to do so as well. Now i know that might not be as hard as it sounds, but think about the chaos it would create with traffic. Not only will there be school buses but also car riders, student drivers, and just the general public going on there way. Completely and unnecessary shift in time for school
