____ RECEs greet all the children with excitement; the RECEs all says, “good morning!” to children when they come in. The RECEs greet the parents and ask the parent about what their child did the day before. _The RECEs listen to the children on what they did the they day before. For example, the girl was telling the RECE that her sister was having a party in her school and the RECE told her “Wow she is!” The RECEs were demonstrating positive manners when it was breakfast, such as when a child forgets to say “please” or “thank you”, the RECEs repeat their words and say “please” and “thank you.” Also, the RECEs were demonstrating good manners when they ask the children to do something and add a “please” to it, such as “ Please share the items.” Also, when the children finish their food the RECE tells the child “I am so glad that you finished all your food.” The RECEs also help the child to be independent by telling the children to go to the washroom by themselves. …show more content…
