Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a hero?Tyrique Glasgow got sucked into the street life at a young age and changed his ways as he got older.He went through many jobs and decided to create something called “Young Chances Foundation” to give other young people a better chance at life,and for kids to be able to go and hangout in a safe place.Due to Tyrique Glasgow selling drugs.Tyrique Solved it by creating a community thing to help the people on the same block that he sold drugs on to help those people to have a better chance at life. The problem that Tyrique Glasgow faced was that he was charged for selling drugs he got sucked into the street life at a young age,because some problems that he faced at an even younger age.The CNN article said, ”He lost multiple cousins and friends in shootings.At the age of 15 he got sucked into the street life-selling drugs and eventually controlling a specific block of his neighborhood.” (Toner).This is good evidence for an example of how he started to sell drugs.Addition to the previous information, ”Over the next few years, he was shot 11 times,he said in his …show more content…
