Enter Three Witches: A story of Macbeth is about Lady Mary, who is 14 and daughter of Lord Cawdor, who is ward to the Macbeths and she is to be taught by Lady Macbeth how to run a castle because she is betrothed to soon-to-be-Sir Asleif, but Lady Macbeth sets her aside and doesn’t teach Lady Mary anything because she is a selfish, and greedy person. King Duncan declares war to Norway and to Sir Macdonwald for treason and the fight will be fought near Inverness castle, the fight lasts about a day, in which Asleif is killed by the hands of Seyton, Lord Macbeth’s squire.

Once the witches tell Macbeth of his fate, he suddenly has a new found lust for power. Although the play of Macbeth can be seen as a Tragedy of Fate given by the witches, the play is really about the tragedy of character.
In the opening scenes of “Macbeth” three witches meetup and discuss how they are going to meet up again after the battle and confront Macbeth. At a military camp near Forres, The King of Scotland speaks to a wounded captain and asks for news about the Scots’ battle with the Irish. He tells them about how strong the Scottish generals, Macbeth and Duncan, are great fighters. Duncan decides to give Macbeth Cawdor’s title after defeated. The three witches meet up as planned and hear news that Macbeth is coming.
However, this is not the first time the witches have mentioned Macbeth. The third Witch mentions in Act I, scene I, that the next time the three will meet, shall be to meet with Macbeth. This would all occur after ‘the battles lost, and won’. While this could be in reference to the battle in which Macbeth is fighting for Duncan against Norway, it could also be in reference to a metaphorical battle for Macbeth’s soul. This association also is shown in Macbeth’s unwitting echo of the witches ‘so foul and fair a day I have not seen’.
With pride, strength, and valor, Macbeth accepts his new title. 4. Macbeth led himself to the downfall of his life. He was the hero, who fought in the war between Scotland and Norwegians and gain victory but eventually turned into a tragic hero.
The Most to Blame for King Duncan’s Death In William Shakespeare’s play Macbeth it talks about a hero coming back from a viscous battle, from a group of rebels trying to take over the castle that the king’s lives in. After the hero comes back from a bloody battle he encounters three witches that tell him that he will have three titles one in the past thane of Glamis, one in the present thane of Cawdor, and one in the future king. After the witches tell Macbeth about the prophecy he gets the idea of wanting to be the new king and feels that Duncan should isn’t fit to be the king.
