The tragedy of the two star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet, took place in the small town of Verona, in 1597. With The Capulets and the Montagues, two families in a feud for centuries. With their children in love and their families still loathing, the two die at the hands of their disregarding families. The whole city affected by the families’ constant quarrel. Two star-crossed lovers have just met, yet they immediately fall for each other. Juliet, a Capulet and Romeo, a Montague.
When this story is told, we are reminded of how unaccepting society is. Just because ones social status is higher than another, or if it's equally the same, and it's just unseen or disregarded as a reality.Most people refuse to believe that love is love. No matter

At first, Juliet is unaware that Romeo is listening to her, and then he uncontrollably shouts, which makes him known to Juliet. They both talk and promise to see each other again. The next day Romeo visits Friar Lawrence and profess to him that he has traded his previous affection, Rosaline, in order to love Juliet. Friar Lawrence warns Romeo to not love too much, or it will spoil the relationship. When Romeo and Juliet meet for the second time, they are married secretly by Friar Lawrence. In act three, Tybalt (Juliet’s cousin) approaches Benvolio (Romeo’s cousin) and Mercutio (Romeo’s friend). Romeo arrives to find Tybalt and Petruccio. Tybalt accuses Romeo of sneaking into the Capulet’s dance. Romeo denies his accusations and Mercutio steps in to challenge Tybalt to a duel. Tybalt draws his sword, and Romeo intervenes to discourage the fight from going any further. Tybalt fatally impales Mercutio but Mercutio acts as it is but a scratch. Tybalt flees and Mercutio dies, when Romeo is informed via Benvolio that Mercutio has died, Romeo runs after Tybalt and begins another duel. Tybalt is stabbed and Romeo flees the scene when he hears that Paris will be there soon. When Lord Capulet finds out that Tybalt was killed by Romeo, Lord Capulet banishes Romeo out of Verona. In most circumstances, Romeo would be killed, but since Romeo had a reason to kill Tybalt, Romeo and his friends were able to bargain for banishment.
