Fifteen years ago patient zero was infected while working in a government funded bio lab. He dropped the vial containing the T virus. Soon after the accident the virus escaped the lab and into the Washington country side. The virus spread from animal to people turning them into rabid animals with an unquenchable desire for flesh; this is where Jack’s story begins. Date 1/27/2155 Jack is like any survivor in this world just hoping he will live long enough to see the next sunrise. But Jack was different in one way Jack had a mission. That mission was to find the last the cure, the CDC lab in Alabama came very close to finding a cure. But there were rumors that a small group of scientists had made a working cure against the plague. His mission was to find them. One day when Jack woke up and crawled out into the snow and grabbed his bag he noticed something was off things were quiet to quiet. Here deep in the Appalachian Mountains at least the birds should be moving. Then he heard it the soft moaning and shuffling of the afflicted. So he ran to his hydrogen powered motorcycle and sped off down the trail. As Jack was riding he hit a patch of black ice and careened into a tree. The bike was totaled with a gas tank that had been perforated by motor pieces from the wreck leaving the bike utterly useless. Leaving the bike behind Jack slowly waking down the road hoping to find a new vehicle. After walking for what seemed like hours jack came across an old warehouse with a door slightly ajar. He decided to search for supplies. As he crept slowly around the abandoned building he heard screaming and gunshots.
