There are so many styles of leadership and in this paper I am going to outline only three which are, Transformational, Autocracy and Democratic.

Leaders mostly motivate workers and enhance efficiency and productivity through communication and high visibility. Transformational style of leadership requires the involvement of leaders to meet set goals. Leaders mostly focus on the so called bigger picture within their institution and usually delegate smaller tasks to their juniors to accomplish them. This helps the organization at larger and also it develops individuals to grow professionally. Delegation allows skills and knowledge transfer from a more skilled person to a less skilled one. They set more and more challenging expectations and eventually achieve higher performance. Statistically, transformational leadership style tends to have more satisfied and more committed followers. This is mainly so because transformational style mostly empower followers by delegating them. Transformational style of leadership emphasizes teamwork. In this style of leadership, the leader mostly works to improve communications, enhance teamwork and morality of employees.
