Leaders mostly motivate workers and enhance efficiency and productivity through communication and high visibility. Transformational style of leadership requires the involvement of leaders to meet set goals. Leaders mostly focus on the so called bigger picture within their institution and usually delegate smaller tasks to their juniors to accomplish them.
