In the American system, the society was built by the Founding Fathers who creates a democracy for the people. They had established a political system where the citizens can able to live in a non-authoritarian society. Instead, they are allowed to have the freedom of public speech, the right to vote, despite people’s gender or race, and government will issue by protecting those rights. The Founding Fathers who also created a federal government to become more powerful than the state government. Therefore, the people in an American democracy are able to experience the right to live in a well-built society, which they can bring everyone to be equal to each other and have human rights. And finally, the government even restricts and limited people’s rights. This only happens because the people have forgotten how the system actually works and when it’s been originates. The people should reconsider about why the American policy was made in the first place and what is main purpose. On top of it off, then people can understand that they wouldn’t abuse or disrupted the political system. In the time when the philosophers became a major effect for impacting the democracy where they created ideas to the Founding Fathers at Congress. There were three main philosophies that has shaped the American policy: Jean-Jacques Rousseau, John Locke, and Baron de Montesquieu. These three philosophers each had their own unique, yet different ideas to help the realize that they are reminding the Founding Fathers about the concerns about human rights, the power of government and creating a social contract. The Bill of Rights imposed of ten amendments explaining how each different amendment works and tells about their people’s freedom. For instance, under the first amendment, the people have the freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, and petition. However, the people are have experienced that their rights are being limited by the government and/or prevented by having those freedoms. This makes the people to start protests and riots, as their rights were being taken away or limited by the government. This leads to women’s suffrage back in the late 1950s, when Susan B. Anthony argues women have the right to become equal citizens by allowing them the right to vote. As a result, Congress has created the nineteenth amendment into the Constitution. In the late 19th century, all African Americans were prevented to vote in southern states, thus viewing them as slaves. African Americans doesn 't have the right to vote in southern states because the white people considering them as uneducated and non-citizens. On the other hand, if they were allowed to vote, they have to pay high poll taxes, which most of them didn’t have enough money. In response to this, Congress made the 15th amendment states African American males have the right to vote without paying poll taxes.This
