Well, in To Fly by Neil deGrasse Tyson, this article talks about the history of human flight and those inventions such as the airplane or space shuttles, and the impact these had on humanity. The invention that had the biggest impact on humanity were airplanes. The airplane had the greatest impact on humans because airplanes allowed us to know things we didn’t know before.
