Primary Goal - Survival Have you ever really thought about what your primary goal is in life? Or the reason why you’re still alive? People might say that our primary goal changes in different situations and eras. During the Holocaust, where millions of Jews in the concentration camps are resisting death ceaselessly, their primary goal might be to survive. Whereas in the modern world of the twenty-first century, our primary goal differs and might be as simple as going to school or arriving at a designated location on time.
What should be the ultimate goal of all humans? What should be the ultimate goal of all humans? Is it love, happiness, to be rich, and to grow old and have a beautiful big house? In the book Night by Elie Wiesel, tells a story about him, a Jewish boy from Sighet, a small town in Transylvania, who got sent to the concentration camp with his father during the Holocaust. For instance, if you wish to build up your confidence, start learning some positive affirmations and become conscious of your negative thinking patterns. If you suffer from anxiety, learn some breathing techniques. Include your more ambitious long term goals also, that may possibly take months or even years to complete. Do not let timescales worry you. Remember that regular, small steps will take you far.
