From the beloved author Mark Twain, we've all witnessed some of the most iconic stories in American literature. In the character

department, he's created some of the most lively and colorful people to star in his books. What first comes to our head when we think

of Mark Twain's character brilliance? His most iconic duo comes to mind. Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn; Two teenage boys of

Mississippian origin who create nothing but trouble. The mischievous duo is so well known oftentimes by reason of the major differences

in characters. What can I say, the more differences two people share, the more chemistry. This iconic literary share a fair share of

Trouble for trouble's sake is their golden hobby. They

skip classes, play with the trash and even go missing sometimes because of spontaneous sleepovers in the forest. If it wasn't for this

fictional behaviour, where would the free spirited youth get its inspiration? Both surely do have one element in common, and that's

downright mischievous behaviour.

These boys couldn't have more opposite backgrounds. Tom is a dreamer while Huck is practical and a bit more mature than his

pal for some obvious reasons. Tom Sawyer was brought up in a middle class family, until his parents' died. But that didn't the decent

fate of this youngster! Soon after his parent's death, Tom's Aunt Polly took him and his brother in, and they continued to live normal

lives. Daily public school, Sunday school and homework was essential in the Sawyer household. On the other hand, Huck's background

is much darker. He's a runaway from a drunkard and abusive Father; thus, he lives on his own. He attends "poor school" when he feels

like it and hunkers down in the nearest tree log for a satisfactory night's sleep. It's sort of a prince and the pauper situation, wouldn't
