Tybalt says “This, by his voice, should be a Montague. Fetch me my rapier, boy….To strike him dead, I hold it not a sin” (1.5.53-) This means that Tybalt has hatred towards Romeo without reason but just out of spite since Romeo decided to show up at the party.
