UPS can offer its customers many services, such as shipping, parcel tracking, billing, international trade services, sustainability consulting and contract logistics. In partnership with services provided by UPS, the company is also competing with the highest standards to meet promised commitments (UPS, 2018). By honoring its commitments, UPS is gaining credibility with its customer relationships. The highest level of UPS commitment to not distort a service or product in promotions or sales is reflected in maintaining customer relationships.
