There has been much discussion about using cell phones while driving cars. Some countries governments have begun to put deterrent penalties against drivers who use phones while driving. Using mobile phones while driving become familiar phenomenon in our society. Drivers may not realize that when they use mobile phones while driving, they will pose a serious threat to their lives and the lives of others.
