Distracted driving is an unnecessary and dangerous habit that can put the lives of drivers, passengers, and everyone else on the street on the line. Overall, distracted driving is an epidemic that can be curbed by explaining why distracted driving is an issue, encouraging teens to drive attentively, and providing other sources of entertainment that are not visual. The first way to help curb distracted driving is by reaffirming the reason for which distracted driving is an issue.

In today’s society, many people have phones, especially young teens who have recently received their licenses.
