I haven't done any stretching exercise for so long so I find yesterday yoga classes a bit challenging. I did yoga during my sophomore year at highschool and I have gotten so flexible because I did it every other day with my Personal fitness classes. Yesterday was a rewarding day for my body because it gots time to relax and calm. Surprising, I felt so good and I felt like stress that I’ve been experiencing went down to almost zero percent. I think I should do it regularly because the benefits that I received are so rewarding. Yesterday was a good start and I had a great time. Namaste mean “I bow to you”.
