I began collecting data by contacting the IT technician of Bru-Hims. It was quite difficult to get a response because the IT technician is being deployed out of the office to each health facility on a daily basis. I have gathered a list of questions specifically for the IT technician. Beforehand, I wrote down the questions on a piece of paper before implementing it into Microsoft word. My main concern is if these guidelines are actually put into practice. On paper, it seems like a fantastic plan, but in practice, I feel like there is only so much educators and the district can control.
