In the novel Unwind by Neal Shusterman, there are a lot of characters with a lot of different personalities. The main character Connor shows many different traits that make him above the others. When Connor has to choose over running away or giving up and getting unwound (killed) he choses to run. He gets pretty far until he ends up getting caught because he left his phone on. Although he may have been caught he wasn't captured and still had a trick up his sleeve.
My character shows who I am as a person, and affects how I get treated by others. Character defines you as a person. I try to have the greatest character that I can have because, having bad character doesn’t only look bad on you, but also on your school and community. Because there has been a lot of violence lately, the world needs more peace. Many of people’s lives should not have been taken. The police are taking people’s lives, and the families are very hurt by it. Although there is many lighter-skinned people that have been shot by police, there have lately been more darker-skinned people shot by police. I think the world needs to get rid of gun violence.
Initiative is also a great trait to have. I use this trait by taking charge before others. I do this in my vocational class while working with my kindergarten children. I jump right in and do what I am supposed to without asking questions. My teacher evaluated this skill and said that initiative is significantly built into my personality.
