My learning style is a visual learning style in which a learner utilizes visual materials such as graphs, charts, or maps to understand something. People with a visual learning style such as me have some characteristics that make their learning method unique. They typically use color to organize information or use diagrams or charts to understand ideas and concepts.
Personally, I like acquiring structured knowledge from books or documents and traveling and I think that I am good at analyzing and comprehending visual information but I have to organize my brain before taking a lecture or a speech because I am bad at the way to listen and understand them.

Job burnout is a form of the extreme stress where you lack motivation and no longer have the desire to work. We usually can feel burnout in school or work when we feel a tardiness and absence. Hence, we have to be careful of burnout because it can lead to poor physical and mental health or lack of quality and satisfaction. It is possible that cases of extreme burnout might link to disease. How can we deal with a school/job burnout? The solution for this is how to manage our stress. To do that, we have to take a rest for a mental and physical health.
In the first place, we have to take a rest physically. For example, we can eat a balanced diet and get plenty of sleep for a body. Exercise is good for a body as well and diminishing or eliminating using alcohol or drugs is good.

We can commonly see that people work with workplace diversity in Canada because there are a great variety of people here. In a society, we can find a person who has a stereotype, prejudice or doesn 't respect cultural differences easily as well. We have to admit diversity and respect them as a human being. There are two ways to prevent discrimination or harassment. One of them is for a company and another way is for an individual.
Firstly, companies have to have a conference for diversity training. companies have to write diversity training log and let workers take an education of that periodically. Furthermore, companies should prepare a policy with respect to workplace discrimination and harassment. By doing this, companies can remind workers of the danger of discrimination and harassment because people might forget it. In Ontario province, they provide two primary laws which serve to protect workers in every situation. Companies can refer to it if they don 't have any rules about prevention of discrimination and harassment.
