The secret behind Wal-Mart's success. Walmart, one of the largest discount retailer in the world. People defines walmart as a success. The secret of biggest organization's success is to give consumers the lower price than the others by rapid expansion of stores, maximum output from the labor force and used of new technologies. For more success, more profit walmart started disrespecting their employees by exploitation, gender discrimination and poor working condition, anti-unionism. Walmart is one of the worst exploiters of labor in existence. For instance, job opportunities offered by walmart tend to be low paying when compared to other jobs in the retail sector, which is an outgrowth of the company's aggressive cost cutting strategy. Moreover, walmart employees part-time and low paid workers may partially qualify for state welfare programs. This has led critics to claim that walmart increases the burden on taxpayer-funded services. Furthermore, they choose those workers who doesn't get any other job easily such as recent immigrants, senior, single mother, these employers are always terrified that they will not get any other job.
