Walt Disney amusement park is well known to the world, he has created two in the United States; California- the place where it first began Disneyland, Florida- Walt Disney World Resort. He also created some out of the United States; Japan- Disneyland Tokyo and Disney Sea, Paris- Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong- Hong Kong Disneyland. There are reasons to why Walt Disney was a great success in his business and how he even started from the United States to globally. Walt Disney theme parks were rated on the top 10 list of amusement parks to go to because of the clean and safe environment they contain in the park. In order to have the great success he had you must have a management team that is well organized, have great marketing skills, and have to learn what each culture does so the company can understand what they can and can’t do. With their business being all around the world this has created many opportunities to create an entertainment for family to enjoy such as; appealing their stories to the guests, creating experiences that are braced by the cultures of the world, and being known for having the castle in every movie everyone would like to have a look at it. The management team’s image and plan was to lead directions with the Disney stories, characters and involvements that are greeted into the minds of family’s homes around the
