Walt Disney: A True Hero
Walt Disney is a widely known celebrity with many hero like qualities. He is known for his lifestyle of inspiring children, and taking part in protecting America and what it stands for. He is well known for his cartoon, Mickey Mouse, and his amusement parks, Disneyland, and Disney World. Walt Disney joined the US military in 1941 until 1945. He was thought of by many as a racist and antisemite, even though he never admitted to saying it. His movies caused these accusations. For example, Dumbo plays a stereotypical song about black slaves as they show African Americans chained up. Following a rough start however, Disney temporarily left and Joined the Kansas City Film Ad Company to earn some money. Iswerks eventually Joined him.
