The organisational structure for Warburtons is functional structure. The functional structure suits the company because there is one CEO and there are subordinates working under him. In order to meet its mission, culture, goals and objectives, the company makes certain that each of its strategies and tactics are achieved in the right manner. The company looks into dividing work for each of the department so that processes of each stage are achieved simultaneously. B The word business process means an action or group of actions that will achieve a precise structural objective. The production process takes place in the sense that flour (input) is poured into storage tanks into a hooper and then water (input) is added to get the batch ready for mixing (Johns, 2015). The transformation takes place in the sense that the entire batch is mixed into dough. The output is seen as the batch is finally prepared into a loaf of bread. C In Warburtons, the processes and functions of the organisation depend on each other for the production process. This helps them in looking for any step that might go wrong and is not up to the standard of quality. The production process is given extra attention as that it where the product is being manufactured and it is important that quality of each product batch is up to the mark. In case, if the organisation feels that any particular aspect of the business process is going wrong or is not in the right manner, the management makes certain to look into area that is causing problem and fix it before it leads to any other problem.
