In the healthcare field, you are presented with advantages and disadvantages in serving the community and gaining rapport from all aspects. The pro's and con's in the multidisciplinary team weigh heavy factors upon the overall outcome of the organization. During my tenure in undergraduate school, I was able to intern at over 15 healthcare facilities witnessing the procedures of administrators, doctors, nurses, physical therapist, and more. While in this developmental stage I processed the policy and procedures of healthcare learning a tremendous amount of favorable versus unfavorable professionalism in the healthcare field. In continuation, I have also witnessed doctors similar to House, M.D. that are very knowledgeable but attitude can affect the atmosphere of care. As well as, parents and family members on high demand for their children like John Q, and experienced administrators who have once been in the shoes of providers now obtaining the leadership skills in conjunction to Dr. Cuddy.
