If I can turn back in time, I would advise my young self to join Kaiser volunteering program and to skip the small conversations in the first meeting. Those chats may seem necessary for the first few meets, but this communicative method can become meaningless since disconnect when no common ground found. Joining the the program had supported me by allowing me to associate with various friends through teamwork and encouraged me to go beyond my comfort zone.
During the first two years of high school, I volunteered for various clubs to discover my interests. Now I acknowledge importance of independence, teamwork, and intrinsic motivation mean and can carry these abilities into my future profession. The superiors I had the opportunity to work with have given me tremendous amount of support and taught me patience, self-motivation, and time management a leader must have. Observing the task the staff performed, I was aspired toward gaining knowledge about the human body, researched further into the science field, and resolved on a career that will support ailing bodies using natural chemical sources; indeed, medication has been the ultimate weapon in a myriad of illnesses. In the near future, I would like to develop an efficient method of treatment allowing patients to receive care or even temporary medication immediately. I visioned of a nonprofit organization could educate and support patients in the developing countries in lessening poverty level in their communities. Poverty may not end, but minimizing the possibility of poverty in each village allows young children to survive and a chance to exploit education.
