In some states they are considering raising the driving limit from 16 to 18.This could be a good and a bad thing depending of the specific person's’ age. It is bad for those 15-16 year olds who are about to begin to drive. They will infuriated, but for the older people, it won’t affect them as much.

Some Pros of the situation, could be safer roads, this is a possibility because if you are older, it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re better drivers but that is a possibility. Also, since the younger people are still in the learning process, it could very well cause less stress to the parents. Also, teens are more likely to use a cell phone while driving, so that could lead to more crashes, which ties into the parents having more stress.
