The 60s, 70s, and 80s were America's most accomplished decades of the 20th century. Through those centuries we The United States glory decades and where all of the significance effects took place. We were unified country between blacks and white. Technology came around the 70s and slowly we advance. In 1976, Apple computer was 1st built by Steve Jobs. This helps us with things we couldn’t do. Working became a lot easier and research became easy. This help colleges, doctors, surgeons, to find information they never had before and expanding our minds as we know it. Another event that was very special during the 70s was television advertising the effects of cigarettes. On the day of January 2, 1971 the United States finally established the effects of cigarettes. After many people saw this, cigarettes were just a drug that kills people. The tobacco company loss lots of money after this.
