Freedom is a type of living that everyone in the world would appreciate having. Some people live in a communist country or a country where freedom do not exist and everything is controlled by the government. With many rules and regulations proposed by the government, people feel that it takes away from their freedoms. Nonetheless, America was established upon freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. People want to live this way along with protection from danger.
You have Independence and Freedom as an American the Statue of Liberty and Bald Eagle are examples of our Freedom here in America. America is much different than other countries we have diffrent Freedoms and Rights. Did you know that in places like China and Afghanistan, girls are not allowed to attend school simply because they were born female. In America girls can attend
Freedom is the ability to love whomever we want, It is when you give without expecting a favor, It is the power to forgive when you've been mistaken, it is the capability to do right without being proud of it. To me Freedom is America, Freedom is the 13 horizontal stripes and the 50 stars waving in the wind, and finally Freedom is for everyone to be equal, yet different in his or her own way. Freedom to me is America, as simple as that. On July 4th, 1776 America gained freedom from Great Britain, for this is one of the most important dates in American history.
Often times, the government does not have to pay the administration costs that private insurance companies have to. Another benefit would be the amount of lives saved. In 2009 alone, there were over 40,000 deaths due to lack of health insurance (Right to Health Care). This means that there is an almost 50% risk of death for someone who is uninsured. Additionally, in other developed countries that have a right to health care, such as Israel, France, and Spain, they can have a 3 year longer life expectancy than the people in the U.S.
Other countries such as France, they have a better health care system since their system, is established on the solidarity of the people and they take care of each other. The French beliefs in equality reflect that of an egalitarian society.
What Freedom Means to Me In the words of Daniel J Boorstin, “Freedom means the opportunity to be what we never thought we would be.” However, I bet that every person on this Earth has a different perspective on “freedom,” and some people don’t even know what freedom means. In my eyes, freedom means to have the right to dress how one would like, to have an education, and have equality in voting. Freedom cannot be bought, sold, or traded, but can be fought for and passed on through generations.
Freedom is the ability to do whatever one wants without restraint. Many people in our country take freedom for granted, while many suffer from the lack of freedom in other countries. Freedom is when you choose all of your actions, which is what was meant for everyone. Making choices of your own is how you learn and grow. When you are in a position without freedom, somebody withholds it.
What does it mean to be free? Freedom is the the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. Freedom is what our country stands for. Our country wouldn’t be so great without our great troops, who fight for OUR freedom everyday.
Freedom can have many meetings to many people. Freedom to some may mean to be free in a trapped society filled with rules and regulations. Freedom can be revealed to the naked eye in things such as laws, organizations, and even clubs. Freedom to me is living your life however you choose, wherever you choose, and whenever you choose to do so. Angela Davis had once lost those privileges.
According to Google, a popular website, freedom means, “the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.” This isn’t really true because, there is so much more to freedom. Freedom has many different definitions. It is more than a sentence on paper. Just like you are more than a human being.
What freedom means to me Freedom, freedom is the power or condition of acting without compulsion. It is basically a right that everyone should have. I am going to tell you about freedom in two different ways. One of them is an inspirational person who put an end to racism.
Many people take freedom for granted. They don't realize how much freedom they actually have, here in the United States. Instead they tend to focus on what they are not allowed to do and what they are obligated to do, but they don't realize how different it would be if they didn't have freedom. Of course everyone has a different idea of what freedom is, some may see it as having freedom of speech, others as freedom of religion and it can even be seen as getting to watch TV past your bedtime. Freedom to me means being able to say and do what I believe in.
What is freedom? Is it an absolute right or is it something we can live without it? People born to be free. Throughout history freedom defined differently according to different cultures and different period of time. Freedom shows an alteration cultures to culture.
Freedom means the power or right to act, speak, or think without restraint, and the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Freedom is the correction to do what he/she wants, live life, and eat what he/she wants. How do we live free? We live free by not judging other people’s freedom rights. Everyone has their own rights.
