It would happen in a snap of a finger if filial piety was demonstrated at Black Rock. Imagine if we all showed more respect and appreciation for those who guide and support us (like Mrs.Goss). filial piety isn't just about following rules. It's about recognizing the wisdom and experience of those who have come before us. When we show respect to our elders, whether it's through listening attentively in class or helping out around the school, we create a positive and harmonious environment that benefits everyone. Another aspect of Confucianism that fits well with Black Rock Middle School is its emphasis on persistent growth.
