The purpose for my paper is to explain my legacy leader and his influence on myself. Professional Boxer, Congressmen, and COL in the Filipino Army Emmanuel “Manny” Dapidran Pacquiao’s legacy is built on his ability to fight, lead, inspire and overcome. Manny Pacquiao continuously demonstrates the Army Attributes character, presence, and intellect. Further, he demonstrates the Army Competencies leads, develops and achieves as prescribed in ADP 6-22.
