Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., known professionally as Lil Wayne, is an American rapper. His career began in 1995, at 12, when rapper Birdman signed him, joining Cash Money Records as the youngest label member. From then on, Wayne was the flagship artist of Cash Money Records before ending his association with the company in June 2018. Regarded as one of the most influential hip hop artists of his generation by XXL, he has often been cited as one of the greatest rappers of all time.

Wayne met Bryan and Slim Williams, founders of Cash Money Records, who gave him their business card and Wayne left voicemails of himself freestyling for them to listen to(Wikipedia.com). Being the young, ambitious rapper he was he never stopped contacting them and finally, he became apart of Cash Money Records and joined the group The Hot Boys.

Success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. I have been involved with many activities, such as: sports teams, volunteering in my church, and Boy Scouts of America. An accomplishment I experienced and has created a large impact on my life was completing my Eagle Scout Service Project. I have been actively involved with Boy Scouts and the Scouting Program once I turned six. After spending about two-thirds of my life with scouting, I cannot picture my life without it.

This word holds so many meaning and yet can hold so little to a person. F. However, Jordan was not only a basketball player, but someone who influenced the American culture and society. Jordan’s influence was one that had never been seen before. What does success mean to me? It means accomplishing things in life and reaching your goals. Everyone has a different view of what success actually is. Success also means setting a goal and reaching it in a time frame you set for yourself. For example I believe finishing college and gaining a career in a field you love is being successful because it is a goal that can be achieved.
