Obama did many things that could make people look to him as the best president the united States has had. He was the best president because: he was the first African American president, he helped the working poor, promoted subsidies for children's education, also got the law enforcement to require videotaping in capital cases.
Obama was the first African American president which inspired ofter African American.Fae Robinson told people that he just wanted to be close to the white house when Obama won, because just being close to them was overwhelming. He inspired other African Americans that they can do wonderful things in life also. He gave African Americans hope that society was looking at African Americans as citizens and not slaves. Robinson put on Martin Luther King, Jr's “I Have a Dream” speech on the night of Obama’s victory. By having the “I Have A Dream” speech on, it showed that Martin Luther King Jr’s dream was coming true by African Americans getting higher rolls in the United States. Martin Luther King Jr’s speech gave African Americans hope and Obama winning gave them a hope.

The maximum total for tax credit was $3,000 for each child. To help children with school the amount of money used would have to be higher then $3,000 because a lot of children's parents can not afford to send them to school, so if there was more money put into the child tax credit children could go to school for free and not have to worry if they can afford food or clothing on their backs.
