Due to FDR having been killed and his lack of leadership after his death the war would be finished by 1947 and the Axis are victorious.

This definition of Leadership is best restated by my very own father “A person can demonstrate leadership skills even when not in a leadership position.” Throughout my high school years so far, I have demonstrated leadership mostly in the field of Boy Scouting in two different Troops. I make sure I am always leading by example and maintaining a strong work ethic. The way I am currently influencing the performance of my colleagues in the Military Division is by consistently meeting my performance requirements every quarter, and continually assessing how I can coach others to do the same. I lead my military admission team by supporting and assisting team members that have worked in the organization for as little as 6 months and as long as 6 years. I also focus on how I can help the entire graduation team meet their goals with financial clearance and continuing student body requirements. Leadership is needed in all areas of higher education, therefore I believe it is beneficial to have strong leadership and guidance provided on the front end and that will help maintain the successes of students and staff long
In my first few events, I contributed as the state flag position, As I showed myself and worked harder and harder I came to lead another event as the national flag. Proving myself in these services, I had been requested to be the state flag in the competition team representing Cheyenne Central High School's color guard program. As time progressed, I had done another service for Veteran's Day at an elementary school, commanding as the national flag. All of these services would not have been as possible for me had I not been part of learning lessons in leadership and responsibility. When involved in a team that bases its values on leadership and responsibility, it comes easier to fit in and work your way up to the top when you have a learning background in those topics.
Final Essay A person who seems in charge of every situation is periodically called a “natural leader. ” Anyone is capable of becoming a leader in their own way. I personally never believed that I could be a leader myself.
As time went on I was able to take the role as the leader of the team and continue to build on these roles when I realized that I needed to step up to the

1. Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes, or contributed to group efforts over time. I consider myself a leader, i believe this because i am the type of person that feels like if i am not the one to do it then it will not be done the right way. Whenever i would work in groups i would designate myself to be the one to do the harder assignment, because i only trusted that would take it serious, not anyone else. Also, whenever i do anything that involves a team, i like to take control, because i feel like i am the best one to work under pressure or i can choose the best solution for any situation.
