The principal objective of this document is to demonstrate the success factors of HubSpot by analyzing their success strategy along with the other success factors that gave them a great head start in that field. Being a startup company offering an innovative product is not easy especially in the field of technology and science where you have all the big gigantic companies out there like [competitors]and many others and to overcome them that product must be distinct. This makes the success of HubSpot more remarkable. HubSpot has gone through all the phases and they showed distinction and perfection in all aspects.

HubSpot was founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2006. HubSpot was originally funded by Shah and a faculty member at MIT with $500 Thousand US Dollars and by the year 2012, they reached total funding of $100.5 Million US Dollars according to Crunch base analysis[3]. Also their most notable partners are Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures, SalesForce, Matrix Partners, Scale Venture Partners and General Catalyst Partners.[4]
