Jason Wright is an inspirational black leader who has made remarkable contributions to various parts of the world. Wright stands for diversity and originally decided to pursue a career at McKinsey & Company in 2013. It wasn't until August of 2022 where he was employed to become the President of the Washington Football Team where he kept pushing for this diversity. The places where he’s shined the most include sports, business, and social justice. Through leadership Wright has shown his commitment to creating a more equal society, empowering others to achieve their goals, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
To begin with the topic of sports, Wright became the first African American team president in the NFL’s history. As the president of the Washington Football Team, he has used his position to enforce a meaningful change and bring about a cultural transformation. According to an article made by ESPN, Wright is committed to diversity and inclusion within the Washington Football Team, saying, "We need to make sure that everyone has a seat at the table." (1). He also served as the CEO of a major consulting firm, where he oversaw the delivery of high-impact consulting services to clients across industries. His leadership and expertise have been critical in shaping the success of the organizations he has worked
