These quotes mean that Mercutio was telling Romeo to do something about his sadness and go have fun, to dance, and find a new love to satisfy his sadness. So Romeo did by finding, marrying, and dying for Juliet. Which caused Juliet (a Capulet) kill herself because she loved Romeo (a Montague). So therefore Mercutio is responsible for the whole entire thing that went on in the play.

Mercutio is also the most to blame for the events that occur in Romeo and Juliet because he told Romeo to go with him to the Capulet’s party and crash it.Romeo says

(This is all at the dance that Mercutio brought him to and caused to happen)
The first quote means that he wants to kiss her and he is asking her if he can.
The second quote means that he is saying don’t move and i will do it anyway.
The third quote means that now he isn’t a sinner any more because she took them from him by her lips (read beginning of the conversation between romeo and Juliet in act 1 scene 5 at the Capulet party)He convinced Romeo to love another girl and she just so happens to be a Capulet which is not a good match up, because it will not end well, and it didn’t end up well they both ended up dying as well and a few others.

Finally Mercutio is the character most to blame for the tragic events in Romeo and Juliet because of these three reasons... he convinced Romeo to love another person and not be sorrowful over one girl. he told Romeo to go with him to the Capulet’s party and crash it. he made Romeo end up meeting
