Regarding the trail of Mr. Krabs murder, found dead with his throat slit in his establishment, the Krusty Krab. There was no sign of forced entry however the regester was emptyed and Mr. Krabs personal safe was found wide open and empty. The contents of that safe; the secret Krabby patty formula. Only Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob SquarePants had access to it. The murder weapon found on the scene Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob SquarePantsand squwidward prints on it. I find the defendant, Mr. SpongeBob SquarePants guilty of murder with the evidence provided below. The first point that illuminates the fact that Mr. SpongeBob SquarePants is in fact guilty; is the fact he had clear motive. Mr. SpongeBob SquarePants was a devoted employee for the Krusty Krab. He consistently worked there for many years, never asking for a single raise. Sandy testified that SpongeBob SquarePants was in desperate need for money, or the bank was going to repossess his pineapple house. This is when SpongeBob SquarePants asked Mr.Krabs for a raise, and was denied. Later Patrick stated that SpongeBob SquarePants told him, “Mr. Krabs is a greedy pig. Hes gonna wish he gave me that raise.” With these two statements it is clearly shown that SpongeBob SquarePants had a strong motive to murder Mr. Krabs. The fact the there are other prints on the weapon does not prove anything, moreover that may have been his plan to clear himself of suspicion. But non the less his prints are still on the murder weapon and he alone has the strongest motive for murder and has the most evidence stacked against his claim of innocence.
