The long- stranding blinded hatred and pride of Rome and Juliet families, Montagues and Capulets, was responsible for the unfortunate passing of the two young souls. For all the situations that happen all lead from the decisions that were made by their parents. Their parent’s unsupportive, uptight, uncaring and non-understanding compassion towards their children lead to Romeo and Juliet taking the last stand to be together. The parents are the most to blame, for it was their hatred towards each other that made Romeo and Juliet unwillingly enemies. “Three civil brawls, bred of an airy word, by thee, old Capulet, and Montague” (Act 1, Sc 1 Lines 83-84) this made Romeo and Juliet unable to publicly declare their love for one another. For the love between Romeo and Juliet was forbidden and scandalous. This caused Romeo and Juliet to go behind their parents’ back to get help from other elders, this lead to untold misery that could have been prevented. Untold information between the Romeo and Juliet and their parents, like how they did not know of their marriage, caused them to accept the banishment of Romeo and Paris think Romeo was going to vandalize the tomb of the Capulets which resulted in Paris’s death. …show more content…

For it was the pressure from Mr. Capulet on Juliet into marrying Paris that lead into Juliet taking extreme measures in preventing the marriage from happening. Because Juliet could not tell of her marriage with Romeo, for her parents could not understand and resolve their differences with the Montagues, leaving them only their selves to blame. The parents of Juliet were also unsupportive and uncaring towards their daughter wanting to disown Juliet when she admitted she did not want to marry
