I cannot say that I go to Whole Foods Market or an grocery store a lot. I am not allowed to do that because my wife says that I do not buy what we need. Due to this forum and the imposed questions I did go to our local one that is relatively new because I could not find it as a location on the organization website. In addition, when I was here from 2009-2012 it was not here and I do wonder what their strategy is to drop a store that is surrounded by a host of other stores that do the same thing or in some cases more like a Super Walmart. In terms of the questions the store is rather nice looking compared to those like Food Lion and Giant in this area. The interesting question was the type of cars in the parking lot. It appears to be a pricey store from what I seen inside and I did ask around at work and most go there because of the type of people that go there. I do not want to say rich but those that are in there were dressed nicer compared to those that go to Walmart. This could be different on another day but this was my observation on the day I went and from those I spoke with in this regard. I asked those I work with why else do they go there and how often and most do weekly shopping but it is the customer service and food quality that apparently is very good and from the website the it looks like they are going to start 2016 with a new vision. They are also stating they will “offer the highest quality, least processed, most flavorful and naturally preserved foods”. This is exactly what my small survey revealed. As far as employee turnover and from what a gather from the website It seems like a nice place to work.
