Over a thousand years ago in the Mesoamerica region the culture that we know as Maya thrived. They had an amazement and intrigued fascination over the technical mastery of their intellectual studies. The Mayan’s history is rich with remarkable human achievements, as well as stories. Some of their most recognizable masterpieces are the Mayan trade network, building Cities, the Mayan number system, and the Mayan calendar.
The Mayans were just one of several civilizations in Mesoamerica that accomplished many achievements. Located in Central America, mainly around the Yucatan Peninsula, the Mayans built complex cities large enough to house millions of people during a pre-industrial age. The Mayans were undoubtedly one of the most progressive pre-industrial civilizations, creating revolutionary inventions and executing considerable feats that assisted their daily lives.

Because this civilization conquered so long ago, it is important to know how they were successful in doing so. Just like the Aztecs and Incas, the Mayan society learned how to grow and prosper through farming (Jarus). The Mayan empire is also known for constructing large pyramids for their gods, and also for the creation of hieroglyphics (Jarus). The Mayans were very smart and created an empire like no other in the Americas.
They’re strong warriors that would fight against the Spanish conquest; however their civilization had been in decline before the start of the Spanish arrival. There Mayan Empire was already crumbling and divided which made it easier for the Spanish conquest to take over the Mayan territories. I believe that the Spanish conquest was quite effective because they achieve their goal of establishing territorial gains. The Spanish also demolished one of earliest civilization in history.
The Mayan society and economy developed urban cities that traded extensively with one another. Their trade led to constant warfare. Religion influenced every part of this theocratic society. The Mayan's achieved architectual success when designing and creating their large pyramids. The Mayan's also developed a writing system and a calender.
In this time the sun was really hot and it was had to go outside in the summer and then on top of that, all the plants were dying and they had to get the resources from what they had. This is just the first reason why the Aztec was the best civilization. The second reason why they were the best is because they had the best religion of polythist.

As being the most remarkable civilization in the Western Hemisphere, the Maya produced an extensive range of structures, and have left a great architectural legacy that places the Maya civilization as one of the great preindustrial civilizations of the world.
However, I think the Maya had the greatest impact on history than the Aztec The reason why I think the Maya were greater was due to the fact that they had more achievements listed than the Aztec and had done many incredible things. First of all, the Maya had a trade network. They actually found out a way to trade for things thing they want in exchange for the supplies they have plenty of. It was more sufficient in production as people didn’t need to create a farm for every crop or crowd near a place with plenty of obsidian
I think the Inca are the best civilization. The Mayan and Aztec civilizations were also great civilizations, but I feel they did more things I didn’t like. The Mayans were a great civilization with the number zero and other accomplishments that the Aztec and Inca don’t have such as a very long empire. However, they broke up, died, because of civil disagreements.
