“Coach my son deserves more playing time he’s getting.” “your son is not working hard enough in practice.” “what do you mean my son is not working hard enough he works harder than everyone out there.” “The best and the hardest worker will play.”
This conversation is heard every sport’s season around the world coaches have to deal with this conversation. Coaches have to defend why some players are getting more playing time than others.This issue causes a conflict between the coach and the players. This debate can be resolved when players earn playing time they get motivated to play and practice harder, coaches are the expert, and players learn that nothing comes easy in life.
When a player has to earn their playing time they often get motivated and get better. When you have a competition some people take that competition and it improves the athletes. “Michael Jordan didn’t make the varsity team as a sophomore at Laney High School in Wilmington, N.C. he played for the Junior varsity instead.” Quote by Jeff Gordon.

They attend camps where they learn how to teach talking and execute the plays. They learn how to help kids tackle correctly. Coaches also teach players the rules of the game.Most coaches get their training at camps and online training that provide information on techniques, philosophy, pointers, and strategy from the most respected people. this shows that coaches are experts and know who to play. Some people would say just because you go to camps doesn’t mean you’re a professional coach. Youth coaches don’t pay to be a coach, but parents pay for their children so they think their child should get equal playing time. While this may be true that coaches don’t pay to be a coach, but attending camps makes them expert to know the skill of a player, and give the right amount of playing
