Through our past and present, America has seen many great leaders. An effective leader steps us during times of trouble, and makes positive changes in their community. Examples of leadership can be large or small. Becoming a leader is not easy. A leader must be dedicated to their studies. Leaders aspire to live life with determination and courage. The idea of determination helps one believe nothing is impossible. It is a leaders responsibility to motivate members of your community to follow your visions and work together to make changes. Our actions are constantly being observed and the simple act of determination inspires others. I believe the strength of persistence is what makes dreams achievable. Leaders inspire others through responsibility and willpower. In order to see success, one must set goals for themselves, they must not be afraid to fall in the face of danger. In big or small situations, true leaders do not mind being the odd one out. Through strength, motivation, and resolution, they will work night and day on dreams they feel compassionate about in order to see success. Nothing is more important than good leadership for society to function and nothing hurts more than lack of leadership. Communities rely on leaders to speak up for change. There is no such idea of a perfect community, so when we come to a roadblock, we must work together to clearly understand our situations.
