Teams can create solutions to problems in shorter time than individuals can do on their own. A team’s ability to see the solution through its implementation with collaboration is critical for success. This increases quality of a product to negate problems as they occur (Kokemuller, 2010). There are a lot of ideas in this world that people agree on. There are also many beliefs that people disagree on too. In our football program there has been, on multiple occasions this football season, that me and the football team has disagreed on what the coaches has implemented into the football program. Yes, our coaches has done some good things at times but there have been so much poor decisions that has happened instead of good things. This football season we had no authority to change all the bad things about the football program that we felt that if we tried to change their ideas we would be punished, you could say, because it was per say being a thoughtcrime.
There are many ways in which group dynamics resonate in this film. Group work can foster connections and provide an opportunity /for group members to feel bonded. The Titans football team is a task group; the ultimate role of the group is to have the players come together as one unit. However, there are critical group dynamics that threaten the team’s ability to function properly.

I would be sure that a team charter included several things. First it would include context, it would state the reason the team was created. In other words, what is the team’s job. Team members may feel they can hide in the crowd and avoid the consequences of not contributing. Or, a team member may feel lost in the crowd and unable to gain recognition for their contributions (Latane, 1998). This description is characteristic of people driven by their uniqueness and individuality. In a group, they lose this individuality and the recognition that comes with their contributions. Therefore, these group members lose motivation to offer their full ability since it will not be acknowledged (Charbonnier et al., 1998).
We all have different ways of perceiving and making sense of the world around us. What an individual considers a golden opportunity another considers a threat. Perception is the process of receiving information about and making sense of the world around us (McShane et al., 2010: 88). On reflection, the group project encountered many difficulties and challenges as Watson (1995) put forward that team work is not a smooth path but an individualist behaviour, competitive, personality imbalances and philosophical differences that is at risk. I felt frustrated at time but with determination and willingness to complete the project on time at all cost, I accommodated certain behaviours that were beyond my comprehension.
