Any Carnivore will ask, “Why are you a Vegan?”. There is always questions to be asked and answers to be given. I will tell you why Veganism is the better choice. There are many facts to be given, not opinions. There are many pros to becoming a Vegan health wise and moral wise.
Not only is the Vegan diet healthy, but it saves our planet. I want you all to understand all the health and economics benefits from adopting the Vegan diet as well as protecting Animal Rights.

Vegans show significantly less inflammation in their bodies compared to meat eaters. Eating vegan has been strongly associated with a higher frequency of bowl movements, which reduces the risk of health issues. A Vegan diet may be able to revers diabetes if caught early enough. Vegans also have a higher blood plasma protein levels than meat eaters. Vegans can be at lower risk of arthritis and cataracts. It may also appear to treat and prevent Crohn’s disease, as well as prevent kidney function from declining along with treating kidney failure. So by dramatically reducing your intake of animal products, you will begin to cleanse your arteries and avoid many diseases.
